Setting the Pace for Employee Vitality

At Thermo Electric Instrumentation, the well-being of our team remains at the heart of what we do.

Today, as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of vitality and movement, we’re excited to unveil our latest employee well-being programme, as shared by our CEO, Jan-Willem during our monthly lunch gathering.

Titled, “Keep Moving,” this initiative encourages all our employees to stimulate their vitality by embracing physical activity in their daily routines. To give this a kickstart, all employees, whether permanent or on temporary contracts, are now eligible to select a pair of premium sports or hiking shoes from Intersport Leiden – entirely at our expense!

We recognise that a physically active team is a more energetic, happy, and productive one. This initiative demonstrates our gratitude for our team’s unwavering dedication and is a step towards a healthier future together.
