TC PT100 Temperature Sensors Ex eb ATEX

This insert version of the Hazardous Area Sensor ATEX Ex eb allows for easy integration into existing systems in explosive atmospheres, maintaining all the safety and performance features of the standard model but in a more compact form, perfect for retrofitting and space-constrained applications.

• Outside diameter 4,8 mm (3/16″) or 6,0mm
• Insulation material densely packed MgO
• Termination ceramic DIN terminal block with clamp type terminals
• Max. spring loading 50 mm
• Probe length ‘A’ to be specified

THERMOCOUPLE

• Type: iron-constantan, type J chromel-alumel, type K copper-constantan, type T nicrosil-nisil type N
• Accuracy: ASTM E230/ANSI MC96.1: Std limits of error IEC 60584: Class 2
• Min. insulation resistance: 1000MΩ at ambient temp. with 500V DC
• Sheath material: SS 316 for type J and T (Wstnr.1.4401); Inconel 600 for type K,N (Wstnr.2.4816)
• Hot junction: insulated or individually insulated for duplex
• Probe diameter: 4,8 mm or 6,0mm, please specify

RESISTANCE THERMOMETER

• Element type: Pt100, single or duplex
• Resistance values and tolerances: IEC 60751 class B
• Max. voltage / current: 5 Vdc / 10 mA
• Min. insulation resistance: 100 MΩ at ambient temp. with 100 V DC
• Wiring system: 3 wires from element Probe diameter 6,0 mm
