Background
The customer is a prominent entity in the oil & gas industry, requiring a reliable temperature sensing solution for their pipeline systems during a critical shutdown period. Key personnel involved included the Project Engineer. The customer chose Thermo Electric Instrumentation due to our quick response, special attention to this project, and proven product quality. Having first worked with us in 2003, they returned after 20 years to renew their thermowells under more extreme process conditions. Their trust in our reliability and expertise was a decisive factor in the awarding this project.
SOLUTION
We provided a solution by customizing the thermowell design to handle the extreme conditions of high velocity and high temperature in the customer’s pipeline system.
