In Joop’s view, essential skills for his role include social skills, product knowledge, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. He believes in always finding joy in his work, which keeps him motivated and continuously learning.
Joop’s greatest motivation comes from sharing his knowledge and experience with colleagues and new employees. When asked about career advice, Joop proudly states that he has always followed his own path.
